The Communications Department serves as the conduit for information and messaging for the housing authority. The department manages community and media relations, promotes the agency mission statement and maintains the agency website. The department’s main focus includes the development of marketing and media tools such as agency and departmental newsletters to update the community and key stakeholders on projects, share positive stories on residents within the community, and engage the media in the recovery and reorganization of the agency.
